Our DIY Tray Kits are designed from laser cut components with a tolerance of 0.5mm to ensure easy assembly. Using a combination of both steel and aluminium parts to maintain a strong and yet light weight tray (140-160kg depending on options). The kit includes:
Double tapered under tray boxes, available in 790l, 840l and 890l
Aluminium tapered guards, available to suit 33's or 35's
1 piece 100x50 laser cut headboard
Laser cut side rails with cut outs for supports
Laser cut supports front and back to set width
1 piece laser SHS cut taillight section
Laser cut 2.5mm headboard infill panel
Laser cut 2.5mm end caps
Laser cut box mounts and guard mounts with elongated slots for wider offset wheels
Laser cut 8mm plate mounts
Length of 70x40 channel for chassis mounts
Laser cut tail light section with pre cut holes for number plate and all lighting
20nb tube and weld on elbows for side rails
Sequential LED tail lights
Stedi reverse lights
**Note trays are designed to suit a 3mm aluminium checker plate flooring, which will need to be purchased separately.**
