At APEX OFFROAD  we understand the importance of fast and reliable shipping for our customers. That's why we offer a range of shipping options to meet the diverse needs of our customers.

Standard Shipping:
Our standard shipping option delivers your order within 3-5 business days within Australia. All orders will be shipped at the quoted amount and quotes are valid for 3 days due to the fuel excise.

Expedited Shipping:
If a client needs their order sooner, they can contact us at sales@apexoffroad.au to get a quote for express shipping. This option is perfect for last-minute gifts or urgent orders.

In-Store Pickup:
For clients who live near our store location, we offer an in-store pickup option. Simply place your order online and choose the in-store pickup option at checkout. You'll receive an email when your order is ready, and you can pick it up at our store via appointment.

Bulky Item Shipping:
Our bulky items such as rooftop tents, canopies, tray kits ect are larger and heavier than our other products, so we offer three shipping options for these items. Clients can choose to pick up their rooftop tent from our warehouse, have it shipped to a commercial address that has a forklift for offloading, or collect it from a freight depot. Please note that if you choose to have your rooftop tent shipped to a commercial address or freight depot, it is the recipient's responsibility to offload the item at the depot and dispose of any pallets and rubbish.

IMPORTANT

Please ensure that the delivery details entered during checkout are correct. We can’t be responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided to us by you. Shipping charges will apply for orders that have to be re-sent due to incorrect details provided to us. You will receive a tracking number from us once your order is on the way. It is your responsibility to ensure you will be able to receive the parcel. If a parcel cannot be delivered, re-delivery charges may apply.
